In addition, there is a 1929 Wicomico County Public Schools certificate awarded to Francis Parker for completing his elementary education, as well as, a 1933 Wicomico High School graduation program.

Subjects range from administrative development of racially-progressive programs in schools, the construction of new schools such as Parkside High School, to the experiences of African-American teachers in the Wicomico County school system during segregation and integration. Compiled transcripts, questions, notes, and time logs are attached.
